Mediation

Why Mediation?

Mediation can be a win-win answer to conflicts that arise within or between organizations.

This voluntary and confidential process utilizes a neutral third party to assist groups or individuals in developing mutually agreeable solutions to resolve conflict or to make decisions about a significant matter. This empowering process, involving choice rather than coercion, is non-binding until the agreement has been put into a written document and has been signed by each party.  Confidentiality ensures that information discussed in mediation will not become evidence in a legal proceeding in the event the mediation is not successful.

The time for the healing of the wounds has come. The moment to bridge the chasms that divide us has come. The time to build is upon us.
