Patricia Avé-Lallemant
Ms. Avé-Lallemant is a sociologist, clinician, and mediator with extensive experience conceptualizing, developing, and directing complex health and social programs. Her career has been distinguished by creativity and excellence in a broad range of settings, a global perspective, and an unreserved and clear commitment to enhancing the lives of the more vulnerable members of society.
A leader with vision, integrity, and a deep appreciation for diversity, Ms. Avé-Lallemant specializes in strategically planning, building consensus, and leveraging resources for collaborative projects. She has guided organizations through accreditation and licensing processes and other major corporate transformations, and has been nationally recognized for pioneering work with women and children in the behavioral health field.
Ms. Avé-Lallemant has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Hawaii in English Literature, a Master of Science in Sociology, and Post Graduate Marriage and Family Therapy from Valdosta State University. She is currently licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist and certified as an Addictions Counselor and as a Clinical Supervisor. She is a Mediator and a Registered Neutral in the State of Georgia.
Patrick J. Shinnick
Patrick Shinnick is a professional clinician, licensed and certified to provide comprehensive mental health and addiction services nationally and in the state of Georgia. He has over twenty years of experience training and counseling a wide range of cultural, ethnic, religious, and socioeconomic groups.
Mr. Shinnick’s organizational and community leadership roles have been distinguished by creating social initiatives and directing non-profit organizations. He also has a track record of successfully planning and directing major fund raising programs.
A gifted speaker with a demonstrated ability to inspire large congregations and motivate national conference participants, Mr. Shinnick is an international presenter and facilitator of personal growth and business retreats.
Mr. Shinnick is a global citizen who has traveled throughout the Americas, the Far East and Haiti, and has resided in various European countries.
Mr. Shinnick has graduate and undergraduate degrees from All Hallows College in Dublin, Ireland and a Masters of Social Work from the University of Georgia. He is a LCSW, ACSW, NCAC, CACII, a Diplomate in Clinical Hypnotherapy, a Clinical Pastoral Counselor, an ordained Minister, and a Mediator and Registered Neutral in the State of Georgia.
